Clare & Gary Oatlands Park Hotel

I love weddings in May. The colours are gorgeous and the lighting soft and perfect. And to top it off, this one was at The Oatlands Park hotel - one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Surrey - lucky me. And lucky all of Clare & Gary's guests who were so patient and kind while waiting for me to work through my shot list. Loved Clare's dress, and her flowers were amazing. She simply looked radiant. Being on the other side...

If you ask most photographers how they feel about being photographed themselves, I guarantee that 99% would say they didn't like it much. When photographer Stephanie Calaghan asked if I'd like to do a portrait exchange, I thought it was a great idea because I should really practice what I preach... chin down, turn that a way, shoulders back etc. I have to say it was enlightening, I couldn't believe how difficult it was although Stephanie was brilliant and made it ten times easier (hope I did the same for her). Anyway, for all you nosey people, here's what I look like in film (so to speak).

Kebo Jewellery - beautiful bridal pieces

Our bridal shoot in Kalkan was dressed by Kelly of Kebo Jewellery and what amazing Jewellery it was. Almost made me want to marry my husband all over again (and the amazing location helped). Here are some pics of the pieces we used. To be honest, you don't even need to be a bride to wear this stuff, I'd wear it anytime - they are timeless. Bridal Shoot in Kalkan, Turkey

Yes I know, I am a very lucky girl to have just come back from the beautiful town of Kalkan in southern Turkey. I feel blessed, but even more so to have done a bridal shoot for Jane and Matt. What a great couple to photograph, so happy and in-love. I wish them all the very best. Check out a very select few from the many fab images we captured. Dubai Muslim Wedding

I was really lucky to have spent some time in Dubai photographing a number of really colourful and vibrant female only muslim weddings (including one or two for the UAE Royal family plug plug). Unfortunately due to my confidentiality agreement with the clients, I cannot show any faces. However, the details alone will give you a taste of just how incredible these weddings are. Laura & Warren summer 2010

Laura and Warrens wedding was one to remember. The marriage took place at Chelsea Town Hall, which has endless photo opportunities and then reception was at The Gore hotel in Kensington http://www.gorehotel.com and turned out to be one of the most atmospheric and romantic wedding locations I've ever photographed. The lighting was amazing and the crowd were lively. Thanks guys, I really enjoyed it :-)
