I simply loved loved loved shooting this wedding. And despite the terential rain that day, the sun managed to shine and the guests enjoyed the BBQ feast... I think someone was deffinitely looking down on these two, and they shone.

Summer Wedding in Kalkan, Turkey

I set up a small wedding planning service with my buddy Jane of Kalkan Luxury Rentals earlier this year and was truly delighted when Natalie and Warren asked us to organise their wedding for July 2011. It was quite a challenge, we had 4 months to organise it and I had the pleasure of then photographing it. It may have been 45 degrees Celsius - but that didn't bother the happy couple one bit - they just shone on the day. Take a look...

Keith & Kornelia's Wedding, Weybridge

I shot my old dance teachers wedding last month. I loved his classes dancing to its raining men and club tropicana... Years later he asked me to shoot his wedding, it was so lovely to be there on the day and meet his gorgeous family.... Congrats K&K.

Clare & Gary Oatlands Park Hotel

I love weddings in May. The colours are gorgeous and the lighting soft and perfect. And to top it off, this one was at The Oatlands Park hotel - one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Surrey - lucky me. And lucky all of Clare & Gary's guests who were so patient and kind while waiting for me to work through my shot list. Loved Clare's dress, and her flowers were amazing. She simply looked radiant. Being on the other side...

If you ask most photographers how they feel about being photographed themselves, I guarantee that 99% would say they didn't like it much. When photographer Stephanie Calaghan asked if I'd like to do a portrait exchange, I thought it was a great idea because I should really practice what I preach... chin down, turn that a way, shoulders back etc. I have to say it was enlightening, I couldn't believe how difficult it was although Stephanie was brilliant and made it ten times easier (hope I did the same for her). Anyway, for all you nosey people, here's what I look like in film (so to speak).

Our bridal shoot in Kalkan was dressed by Kelly of Kebo Jewellery and what amazing Jewellery it was. Almost made me want to marry my husband all over again (and the amazing location helped). Bridal Shoot in Kalkan, Turkey

Yes I know, I am a very lucky girl to have just come back from the beautiful town of Kalkan in southern Turkey. I feel blessed, but even more so to have done a bridal shoot for Jane and Matt.
